I always have a good experience coming into this place, but last time it was by far the greatest experience ever. I had an appointment with belen, and she was the most kindest human being I've met. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed in every way possible. She deserves a raise and a gold star. :)

The best customer service they have and always provides the highest quality service to customers and all the stuff are respectful and friendly I like this place.

I was referred here by my doctor because it was supposed to be in my budget to get my necessary vaccinations as an uninsured young adult. Was outraged when I received a huge bill in the mail after paying upfront and my phone calls were not returned. However, after leaving an originally negative review, many days later I got a phone call from them and the lady was very attentive and helpful in clearing up the mistake on their part. Not the greatest service around but everything else was fine and the woman who called me was a saint in the misunderstanding.
