“So, I am a Starbucks regular. I've lived in many areas and I've come to know many Starbucks associates throughout my years. One thing that's always very common at every location is a lot of turnover because of the high pressure of the job and the demands. I've come to notice at this location that there's almost no turnover. I always see the same faces now for months which I've never experienced and any other location. I can tell you why. The employees like to work here and it shows. They're friendly. They're considerate and they're efficient. I used to manage retail locations not in this industry but retail is retail and I can tell you a staff like this only comes from excellent management. I've spoken to Caitlin, the manager on quite a few occasions and I She is genuinely kind and very attentive. The store runs like a Smoothly oiled machine and I just really appreciate that this is my local Starbucks. I've come to know many of the employees and I can tell you, I look forward to seeing them when I pick up my coffee. I go inside on purpose instead of through the drive-thru just to say hi. I'm leaving this review because of their efforts. If you're in the area, stop by.”

The only thing I've noticed is a lot of the time when I get nachos or tacos the cheese is always out or low, so I don't get a lot of cheese, or if I do it is just liquid and doesn't taste good. This has happened many times at this location and has made me upset. They need to do a better job of checking the cheese and make sure it is not liquidy and works. Other than that I love this place.”

“We used Artisan tile to remodel the main bathroom in our house. The renovation included demolition of the old vinyl insert and floor, wall framing, modifications to the plumbing, and tiling the floor and walls with the new tile we picked out. Steve did an excellent job and was very efficient in completing the job. We would definitely use Artisan Tile again and would recommend to anyone who needs their shower remodeled!”

I love the owners here, they are always there when I need them at the drop of a hat (and sometimes, that happens). I can phone them up on short notice and if they can't accommodate me immediately, they make it possible for me to get in with a little bit larger of a unit. They are so accommodating, I have used Columbia Village Storage and a few occasions and they never let me down! They are so kind, friendly, caring, and compassionate, and...UNDERSTANDING! “I realised at 7pm on black friday that I didn't have my partner's ring size for the ring I was trying to order. I called this location to ask if they had a sizer we could use, and they told us to come in. They were so incredibly helpful, especially knowing we weren't planning on buying anything. They helped us find the right size, and helped my partner try on a couple of rings that were similar in width to the one I was ordering to make sure that didn't change the size. I sadly didn't catch the names of the two people working, but their customer service was stellar and they absolutely deserve a raise. I hadn't planned to buy anything jewelry related anytime soon, but may need to go back here and find something!”
