“Let's be honest... it's hard to screw up a pizza. Most of us will eat cheap pizza and leave with a happy belly so what makes an amazing pizza? I hope to find out over the next few weeks 🤣 I recently had a chance to stop by @peytonspieco in Flowery Branch which isn't far from where I live. It's located in the little downtown area across the railroad tracks, and although the area can get busy, it is a nice and quiet area. I ordered the LOTS OF CHEESE pizza which has fresh mozzarella with smoked gouda, shredded mozzarella, parmessan, and basil. The crust and dough on this pizza was incredible but the pizza was unfortunately way too floppy and I didn't get any of the cheese taste I was hoping for 😣 And yeeesss yes, before you come at me, I do know how to eat a pizza 🤣 I definitely see how this pizza has potential but it just lacked that flavor I needed for me to say it's awesome. I also ordered some of their WOODFIRED CHICKEN WINGS with their ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE... now this, this is a winner!! The flavor and the way the wings were cooked, it was just perfect. When I go back I have to try their Chipotle honey BBQ wings 🤤 I've been wanting to comment on their service before I forgot about it... the server was nothing short of amazing. You'll leave happy with the level of service you are provided while visiting this establishment, no doubt. There aren't many tables as the building is a bit on the small side but after I left I realized they also had tables outside. Parking can be tight in front but because of the way the streets and blocks are set up here, you can park around the corner and only be a minute or two away. I was disappointed with the pizza (23 bucks) but I told myself I would stop by again because their menu does look fun and the wings were 🙌🙌 I'll try their pizza again... question is, which one should I try next 🤔 Let me know if you've been to this spot and what you think!! “What I really like about this coffee shop is the friendly greeting my wife and I got when we ordered. It's situated in an historic brick building that has been warmly decorated and updated. The menu offers a wide array of coffee and related drinks as well as a breakfast and lunch offerings. Also a great selection of pastries. There is an upstairs floor with additional seating along with couches and upholstered repairs, even a chess set. Locally owned, it's like a Starbucks with a much warmer soul.”
