“I enjoy working out here in the evenings after a long day of working from home. The instructors are friendly and both the juniors and adults classes provide an opportunity to stay mentally and physically strong. The classes for juniors are a great place for kids to learn life skills and it’s always great to see them socialize and laugh with each other before and after class. I’d love to see more adults join the adult class so I’d have more adults to workout with but it’s still a great class.”
