They do a great job with training and developing kids for more than just punching and kicking.

I enjoy working out here in the evenings after a long day of working from home. The instructors are friendly and both the juniors and adults classes provide an opportunity to stay mentally and physically strong.

The classes for juniors are a great place for kids to learn life skills and it’s always great to see them socialize and laugh with each other before and after class.

I’d love to see more adults join the adult class so I’d have more adults to workout with but it’s still a great class.

This is an awesome martial arts school. My son has been training with Master Mende and his staff for about a year now. He is not only learning self-defense, but also discipline, respect, focus and leadership. He is more confident in speaking/presenting in front of a large group of students and parents, and proud of moving up to the next belt each time. He is more disciplined and focused at school and other activities. Highly recommend this school to anyone seeking martial art training!

My son and daughter have been attending Karate Atlanta for 2 years and we've recently transferred to the Cumming location with Master Mende. The staff is fantastic and obviously enjoy working with the kids. My kids have learned discipline, focus, and self-defense skills and really enjoy it, especially my son. The staff also offer great programs like board breaking class, parents night out, and summer and day camps when school's not in session. Your kids couldn't be in better hands at Karate Atlanta, Cumming!
