“The customer service & overall appearance of this store has dramatically improved. I feel bad I don't remember his name but the guy up front (Jarvis) I believe, speaks to everyone which detours shrink. The store is neat clean and organized. The most impressive thing I experienced. There was a young man stocking some shelves. I asked him where a product was. This young man stopped what he was doing with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Took me to the Isle my product was on. Asked did I need anything else and said "Have a good day sir".. ...I was a Store Mgr. In Florida I know good customer service when I experience it. Y'all keep up the good work I recognize the improvements.”
