The greatest dermatology technician I’ve known! They both go out of their way to provide positive reinforcement during the visit. They talk to Belle, give her allergy-friendly treats, and lots and lots of pets. Belle is a nervous girl but she gets excited about her dermatology visits.”

“Over the last year West Side has helped me care for my animals. 2 were elderly and sadly they helped us with our elderly dog 2 weeks ago cross the rainbow bridge. Their care has always been exceptional. I do wish it was easier to get appointments sooner or they offered walk ins for certain times of the day. That would help so much when the unexpected illnesses come on but was thankful I could bring in specimens almost any time of day to have them checked by the lab. Always greatful for Dr. Greene and Dr. Howe. Thank you for helping me keep my aging animals comfortable and helping with my ferrets! So far they’ve cared for 3 of our babies - an anxiety ridden Malinois with a heart condition, a rescue with fear aggression, and our most recent addition from the cat distribution system. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Ryan is always a pleasure and so informative, all the techs and assistants are so patient and caring with my dysfunctional crew, and Dr. Shank always spends more time with us than most other doctors so I leave well informed and I feel like she genuinely cares for each animal. Prices are pretty average if not less than many other practices, wait times are MUCH shorter. Couldn’t have asked for a better team for my babies.”

“If I could give Dr.R Ms lunik, Paola and the rest of the wonder staff 10 stars I would. I went to two animal hospitals before them and no one could tell me or my daughther what was wrong with my grand baby cherry. We wasted money just for them to say oh I think she needs to go to a 24 hr er when they could have told me that just by looking at my princess she was slumped over and out of it. So after googling and came across Presidential Vet center we rushed cherry over to them and upon arrival, Paola immediately rushed her to the back, starting IV to get her back hydrated within hours. I’ve seen so much improvement of my baby. She was so helpful with informing us of what was going on. They did inform us that she will need an emergency surgery which we agreed upon and they were so helpful through the entire process. Cherry came out of surgery doing so much better. She had an overnight nurse on site to watch her during her stay. After four days she was able to go home. They were so kind and helpful that they are still texting to check up on her and to make sure that everything is OK. I am so grateful that I took the chance and allowing them to save my grand daughther. Cherry is doing so much better. She’s eating and gaining her weight back and her energy level has gone up. I just want to say thank you to the entire Presidential veterinary center for everything you’ve guys have done. We will be making you all her primary doctor. Once again. Ms. Lunik Dr. R (the surgeon on site) Paola and the assistants thank you so much there are no words that can express the gratitude we have and cherry thanks you as well for saving her life. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I truly recommend Presidential vet center .”
