The other companies told me I would have to wait 3 to 4 months, but Amtek said 3 weeks. The crew tore off old roofing, replaced all damaged decking and fascia, replaced my skylight, and installed new roof in one day!! They picked up all debris like they were never here. Only two responded to my initial phone call and Coomber was the only company that gave a written estimate breaking down material and labor costs. “Our HOA consists of 20 townhomes in 4 buildings. It was brand new in 2007 and the roofs suffered wind damage in January of this year. The Board met with 5 roofing companies. All of the roofers' pricing were comparable with each other but Davis Construction Services (aka Davis Roofing & Construction) out of New Smyrna Beach surpassed the others with their knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. They also did not have any negative BBBs as well as having a 5-star rating. Our HOA hired them and we are so happy we did! They worked well with the supply chain issues and had a hard working crew ready at each of the buildings as the materials were delivered. All 4 buildings were done in a month's time and the Terra Cotta shingles look fantastic! They supplied us with a thicker peel and stick than required by code and the warranties they offered on both the products and the workmanship were above standards. They even gave us interest free time to pay our deductible, since that is all the owners were resposible for. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating.”

“Out of the five estimates, we decided Ellis Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC was professional, knowledgeable, informative, prompt and competitively priced. The beginning of our new roof install, a crew removed the shingles and installed the underlayment in half a day. The crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up the surroundings as best as possible. A few days later, the Metal crew custom fitted a new metal roof in two days' time. Please keep in mind, this is construction. There will be noise, dirt, debris and issues. During the entire process, Kevin was a phone call away for scheduling, installation questions, or issues. Rest assured, either Kevin himself or John (business associate) would respond in person to the matter. We can't rate them high enough. Ellis Roofing was a pleasure to "work" with and I highly recommend them.”

“When I first met Zach and Andrew they were in my neighborhood replacing a neighbors roof. I asked them to inspect my roof to check for hurricane damage. I was very impressed with how thorough that they were with the inspection. They then proceeded to explain to me the entire insurance process and how it worked. They provided me and my insurance carrier estimates for all of the damages. They were also kind enough to be there when the adjuster came to inspect. They were successful in getting my roof approved for full replacement. It only took 1 day for their 12 man crew to have my roof torn off. The tiles were literally delivered the following day and were loaded the day after. They then proceeded to have my roof installed the following week and I could not be any happier with the results. Truly a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
