The "complicated" pickup system one review refers to is the staff simply needing your school ID, so they can find in the system what you got delivered. Would rate 4 stars but I'm rating 5, because these 1 star reviews are exaggerating or anomalies.”

Lobby access (for general mailing of envelopes and post office box check) is OPEN 24-7. •Jan is an exceptional front clerk. I have received very good treatment - and I am a cantankerous sort. Kudos to the Allendale FL Post Office.”
