We had a 2 bedroom deluxe oceanfront… I took my daughter down for her spring break with a friend and my best friend. The front desk Thai was so sweet and friendly. I spoke to her every morning and she always had a smile on her face!!! I will definitely make sure to stay here next April for my daughter spring break….”

“First time staying here was great during Jeep Beach weekend. Awesome customer service and everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed the spa, pool, the concerts, shop, the bars, and my room right by the ocean. I really want to thank Ashley at the rock shop who outstanding service when I came down to buy items. I do thank the valet for taking care of my jeep during the entire event. I'll definitely will be returning next year and staying at the nights again with HardRock Hotel next Jeep Beach. “Beautiful place. Lot rent is around $1200, includes cable and internet (Spectrum), lawn maintenance and all emenities. Pool, dog park, mini golf, fire pits, nature walks, lakes and more. Location is perfect, a few miles to beach. Easy living in a relaxed environment. My folks have lived there for 8 years.”

“Clean neighborhood my daughter lives here no complaints other than they need speed bumps because the speed limit is 10 mph. The residents themselves do way more than that.has a playground good lighting. Mostly new homes. Ironically there's I believe 2 giant oak trees.”

“This place is the best. If you have kids they can play in the courtyard. Where else can you play in luxurious grass right by the ocean. We were here the week of Halloween in unit 12. We carved pumpkins and put them outside our door. We flew kites. Normally we swim a lot but the pool, hot tub and beach access are down for the moment. It wasn't much to drive south for 1 min and go to the beach there. Plus it's temporary. The property isbr far from most attractions. And 1 hr drive from so much stuff The rooms are a little dated but clean plus who give a muffin you're cooking with an ocean view. I'll keep coming here until the building blows away it's my favorite place to be The staff is wonderful and so very helpful.”

“What a beautiful location for our family vacation. This end unit has additional windows that gives the best views of sunrise and sunset. The bedrooms are the perfect size. All the things you would need for your 7+ day stay are provided. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a friendly letter from the owners. We very pleased with the decore. It was subtle and represented the name Sandy Shores, well. We loved that this location was right on the beach, part of a quite neighborhood, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to get back down there.”

“*Note:* I didn’t stay at the hotel because it was undergoing whole property renovations when I stumbled across this absolute gem of a property. Husband and I were trying to find parking for our destination: the neighboring Grille at Riverview. Parked in the lot for the hotel with the signs: “Parking for Hotel Guests Only.” So we ventured into the lobby of the hotel to ask whether there was designated parking for the restaurant. The historic property is gorgeous and obviously period without being dated or stuffy. The lobby boasted a bevy of handcrafted and artisan sale items, all tastefully displayed. The two staff I encountered were both exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgable. I am enthused to book a trip with them in the future but absolutely suggest a stop-in to enjoy the lobby and wares.”

“My girlfriend and I had a great stay this Memorial Day weekend. Would much rather stay here than a hotel when visiting new Smyrna. Located right on Flagler Ave and a short walk to the beach. We stayed in the flamingo room and it was perfect. Nice balcony overlooking Flagler. Breakfast was great and staff did a great job of making our stay amazing. They will also have a complimentary jar of sangria for you upon arrival”

“My husband and I stayed for the last weekend of bike week and it was perfect for our weekend getaway! The rooms are clean and well kept. The property manager was super friendly and accommodating! This place was cheaper than most hotels in the area as well. Close to the beach and has a lot of nice little places to go within walking distance. Manager recommended an awesome little tavern down the street from there and we had a blast! We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Florida!”
