We were looking for bunnies and the young lady that helped us had all the answers, directed us to the best options for supplies and anything she didn't know she asked her manager who was also extremely helpful. We decided on our bunnies and they were even kind enough to trim their nails for us before we left. Even helped us get everything to our cat and said if we had any questions or anything to feel free to call. The store has a wide variety of pet supplies, is super clean and the staff loves their job , it shows !! Definitely gained a customer for life. This is how its done. “one of my favorite places to grab Italian ice mixed with gelato. there are dozens of Italian ice flavors that can be paired with either vanilla, chocolate, or swirled soft serve ice cream. my go-to flavor combination is the Scoop Froggy Frog (mint chocolate chip) and vanilla soft serve ice cream. they’re also really great for catering orders- i’ve worked with them several times for large orders and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating.”

“It started with Justin coming out and spending the time to get to the heart of the problem. Justin took his time and made sure he was recommending what needed to be done. I had to have two new panel boxes and breakers - Alex was awesome! He Took the extra measures to make sure the job was complete and genuinely cared about his work. He stuck to his word and made sure I was completely happy. Rick made sure I got the necessary permits pulled with the City in an expedited manner and was very helpful. Stephanie was awesome and worked hard to help Alex make sure I had power before the weekend. Jeremy was always pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. The City just came and inspected and we passed!!! I highly recommend this company. You definitely get what you pay for and they don't take shortcuts. Awesome team of folks and they answered the phone each time I called!!”

“Last Thursday March 21st, I was dealing with a dead battery situation. I got a jump from my friend and obviously needed a new battery but it was 6:55 pm and your store is SUPPOSED to close at 7pm. I spoke with Josh who told me to come in regardless, he said that they would wait for me. I got there at about 7:10pm and was out of there by almost 7:30pm. Ryland your mechanic worked on my car and I was back on the road in no time. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond with regards to customer service, and for that reason I had to write this review, and I will definitely keep coming back to the 2612 S Woodland Blvd location in Deland. They are an amazing representation of your company!”
