“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“Recently stayed in the Dolphin Suite a completely renovated 2 bedroom suite and had a tremendous stay. Less than 100 feet to the beach, under a ten minute walk to the John's Pass area shops and restaurants. The suite itself has a wonderful beach decor you'd see at any high end resort with relaxing bedrooms, a wonderful bathroom with a large walk in rainfall shower, full kitchen and a great sitting area with a view of the water as this suite is on the second floor. I'd definitely stay here again and I look forward to doing so. Also its dog friendly which is a huge plus for me.”

“My partner and I rented this property for a long weekend. The place was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for, being directly on the Gulf beach! When you open the blinds on the front windows all that you see is ocean, from a fourth-floor view! It was gorgeous! It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and a brewery. Perfect spot to watch the sunsets each evening. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“My 16-year-old son and I parasailed over the Gulf with Parasailing the Pass and my wife went along for the scenic ride. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The paperwork was easy, boarding was fun and safe. Captain Tony is a pro and Mike was great as his 1st mate. They informed and entertained us. The ride in the sky was a spectacular experience. We immediately spotted dolphins as soon as we were lifted off the boat. Then we saw a sea turtle. It was a smooth ride with a perfect standing landing. The trip back to John's Pass was very enjoyable. I highly recommend Parasailing the Pass.”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“Had a great vacation this July. Our host Staci was great and if we needed something simple as a blanket it was taken care of. Also loved the cottage 2 and love it was cold inside when we arrived. The cottage was fully stocked like home awesome added benefit which I have to say is comparable with the resorts that I've stayed at in the past. Will be using Staci for years to come. Highly recommended if you don't want the busy environment with all the different families and whatnot just quiet and relaxing and tons to do.”

“In March 2021 we rented bikes for a few days, and took a guided paddleboard (me) and kayak (husband) tour through Mad Beach Paddlesports. Our bikes were dropped off and picked up at our Treasure Island condo. Barrie worked with us to plan the water tour based on tides and the weather forecast. The timing was perfect! We got to relax for a while on a sandbar, paddle under mangroves, and see a pod of dolphins. Symphony was the best tour guide we’ve ever had! She was so personable and made us feel really comfortable on the water. For great customer service, I would definitely recommend Mad Beach Paddlesports. And ask for Symphony if you are going to take a SUP or kayak tour.”
