“Absolutely the best trip we have had. This place is fabulous. Maria is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Her dogs are amazing and fun to have around. She and her sister even made a make shift outdoor movie theatre so we could watch Monday night football outside. The back patio is so nice and we even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. 100% we will be staying here again and again!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Maria!!!”

“Despite initial apprehensions fueled by less than stellar reviews, we decided to take advantage of the enticingly affordable price. Upon arrival, Bob warmly welcomed us, ensuring a swift check-in process. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed, in particular, rivaled some of the best we've encountered in hotels. We found solace in the BBQ area behind the hotel, enjoying a nice cigar and picturesque nightfall. To our delight, Bob joined us, generously sharing his captivating life story. Seeking a good Indian food recommendation, he directed us to a friend's establishment. The experience was nothing short of fantastic, prompting us to express our gratitude by bringing Bob a meal. In today's fast-paced environment, managing a family-owned hotel poses challenges, but taking a moment to connect with others can yield lasting friendships. As a surprise Wedding-Birthday Gift we have the privilege to enjoy this beautiful Jem. The photos do not honor the quality of the property. The location is perfect: in front of a pier where you can see the sunset and the moon. Meditate or enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or wine. It is for adults only, couples, or friends. Across the street, is a beautiful Crystalline Beach. Near great Restaurants, Bars and Night Life. The decoration of the room is Art Deco, it is spacious, it has everything! The property is Spotless! And well organize. Only for clients it have a Bar, BBQ, beach chairs, paddle board, you name it! Everything you need or imagine you need. You can feel the love and spirituality with which it was built. Its a winner, we will definitely repeat.We are falling in love! Tom and his crew are very attentive and lovely.”

“Really liked this place! First time local visit. We did a short girl's staycation and had a great time just staying in and around the hotel. Pool got busy during the day but we usually were able to find chairs. Really beautiful grounds before you get to the beach and super short walk to the sand. We were able to rent bikes that were delivered to the hotel and ride them on the pavement right outside the beach to local restaurants etc. We played in the hammocks multiple times throughout our visit and it was perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely return for another visit and recommend to others.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“Stayed in the efficiency room, two beds (1 twin and 1 full) with kitchenette. We had a peekaboo ocean view from the room! Loved the keypad entry (no keys to bring down to the beach), free beach chairs and umbrellas to use down by the beach (you bring down and bring back), we didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and the water was a comfortable temp. Loved the location because it wasn’t too crowded but still close by to shopping and attractions. Probably the most notable of the whole stay was the staff! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Honestly, I felt like I had stayed there before and we were longtime friends. The facilities include access to laundry on off hours - for those who might be staying for more than a few days. We knew that this was going to be an older Florida beach hotel, so expected there to be some quirks. The biggest one we came across was the bathroom was dated and the tub wasn’t able to be shut off all the way - constant small steam of water. I let the staff know and they stopped by and manhandled the faucet shut. We just weren’t able to provide the necessary force to turn the water all the way off. The location and price were well worth the few quirks and we will be returning to this location in the future.”

“Stayed here for a girls trip 5/14/23. Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the salt water pool was awesome and larger than most island pools. Free parking. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We have already reserved our room for next year.”

“I stayed there with my family for three nights. The location is really unique and excellent - just a short walk across a pedestrian crossing and after 100 meters you are at the large and at our time empty beach. The view of the bay from the rooms is also nice. The rooms are generally clean and there was nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture is already a bit older and showing its age, but in the operators' responses to other reviews one reads that they are in the process of renewing them. The employees were without exception friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier when we arrived and we were able to check out later when we left. Beach towels were provided upon request. Overall it was a very nice stay in a good suite with very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation.”

“My partner and I rented this property for a long weekend. The place was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for, being directly on the Gulf beach! When you open the blinds on the front windows all that you see is ocean, from a fourth-floor view! It was gorgeous! It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and a brewery. Perfect spot to watch the sunsets each evening. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“We just had a fantastic weekend at The Roth and feel we have found a place we can come back to. The location backing onto the waterway with the Adirondack chairs out on the dock make a perfect setting for sipping coffee (or a cocktail!) and watching the boat and bird life. And the beach itself is just a short stroll away - and at the beautiful quiet end as well. Just sand and sunsets. The room was clean, sunny and well appointed - and the view over the water was really fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more.”

“Fun place to stay. Cute style and bright colors. Nice pool area. Very clean and felt safe. The beach is right across the street and walking distance to many things- shops, grocery store, restaurants. The playground at the beach entrance was a HUGE bonus for us. A/c worked great. Everything was clean. No bugs. Internet worked. Everyone was so friendly. It was nice to have the kitchen/appliances/utensils all stocked in the room and a full size fridge. The balcony room we had overlooked the pool area and it was nice to sit out there in the morning while eating breakfast and drinking coffee. The sunsets there were beautiful.”

“To start off, some reviews scared me after we booked. But the place was wonderful. Nothing fancy and not 5star quality, but it very cute and comfy. We came here for our 4th wedding anniversary. David, the property manager was very nice and welcoming. We got to take chairs, sand toys, pool floats down to the beach which was only a short walk away. There was also scooters to rent to ride the island on. The whole weekend was a blast. Take a chance a stay here, you will enjoy.”

“Great location! Right across from the gorgeous beach. I am a snowbird who went to Florida without accommodations during busy season. Good idea (laughing at myself haha) Lisa had a cancellation and it worked for me. There’s a kitchen and the bed was really comfortable. Cozy, clean and quiet. I have an even greater appreciation because the spot I found AFTER (it was busy season so she was pretty booked) was not so pleasant & it made me think I have to write a positive review for Lisa & her lovely place & kept forgetting to do so until now.”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“We stayed for 5 days in #44 and we loved it! Everything was very clean and up to date. It was the perfect space for 4 people. We will definitely be booking again in the future! The walk to the Beach is easy and the pool on site is the perfect size for kiddos to play in. The complex was quiet and we never had any issues with being disturbed by any other guests. #44 had some extra beach stuff left behind by previous families like beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella which was really nice. And there were also some beach towels provided! The location is great! It's so close to all kinds of things, including just a few minutes from John's Pass. We will definitely be back again!”

“My family and I just spent an entire week here, and it was Amazing!!! We actually ended up buying into a unit so we can return every year. Dawn, the manager, is doing a fantastic job making improvements to the property, and she always makes you feel welcome. Duane, the maintenance man, needs a serious pay raise!! He has to be on of the best I have ever seen!!! He keeps the property in spectacular shape! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the grounds and pool area were beautiful, and the beach was Amazing!”

It was almost sound proof couldn’t hear people around us nor traffic on Gulf Blvd. Maintenance man Charlie was fabulous and fixed the two small issues we had on day one.
