At night everything lights up and you can see 270 degrees view of St Pete Beach n bay. We came for 4th of July weekend and had the best seat in the house for the works displayed all over. If you're in town I would highly recommend a visit.”

“I enjoyed my stay and the staff was nice. Pool area was kept clean. Cute bar by pool area, food was tasty, menu has something for everyone. My favorite appetizer was the sweet potato fries, nice and crispy. The beautiful sunsets were breathtaking, even saw a few weddings. Overall, was enjoyable, but call me picky, bathrooms need updating.”

“Dave was very easy to talk to, not at all pushy, and was quick to get back to us whenever we contacted him. He could arrange a viewing really quickly. He even went in our place to view a home when we had to travel out of town unexpectedly. He videoed the entire house and walked us through everything. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend him.”

“This is the best stocked liquor store I've ever visited; it's also a lot of fun. Fantastic selections for gin and vodka. Aisles are narrow because the volume of selections and stocks. Prices are surprisingly fair especially when taking into consideration of their perfect location: across the street from the beach and in the middle of the St Pete Beach tourist area. Ample parking space is another plus.”

“This place is really good! :) So glad we found it! We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It is clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool is really big for everyone to enjoy. They have Beach chairs you can borrow as well as beach towels. There are 20 rooms in the motel, all on the ground floor and the motel is right on a very expansive beach. I highly recommend this motel and cannot wait to go back!”

“Absolutely Fabulous! The Smoky Paloma is the best! The Key Lime martini is so good! Everything we had to eat and drink there was top line! Such a delightful surprise! The expresso martini was so creamy and smooth! Food was amazing! Going to there soon again! The decor and ambience was great! The bartender/server Josh knows how to make a drink!!! He made all the ones we had!!! He suggested was to order and it was amazing! 5 stars for him and service!! We ate at the Grill and not the beach bar.”

“Excellent hotel! Staff was wonderful from beginning to end! They had so many great personal touches! Rooms were very clean! Bed was a little worn out on one side but everything else was on point. They have great amenities. We had a great stay with our three girls! They had a play place in the sand with a playhouse, play girl, play kitchen and other sand toys. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!”

Tropical and regular liquor drinks are $11.50. or you can get 2.5 drinks for $22 in a Tradewinds plastic souvenir cup. Tables at bar for ordering food. Did not have the food so can't comment.”

“I visited the St Petersburg Beach area around April. I loved the area, beaches, restaurants, downtown and liked the community. I wanted to check home availability as I am now retired. I along with my girlfriend stopped at Re/Max to speak with a representative there. Wonderful experience and spent time with Shana Story. She is fantastic as a realtor as well as a wonderful person. Looking to purchase in this area ? Stop by and check this place out. You will not be disappointed. I have not purchased a place yet as I own a place on the east coast of Florida and own a place in Maine. I do not believe you will find a better real estate team in the area.”

“This is a great hotel with much to be desired... beach is literally across the street, beautiful pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants! Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was some confusion upon check in, and they immediately rectified it! I would have rated 5 ⭐️‘s except for the rude Valet. When we checked out, my wife tipped valet on the front end. He walked the 50 yds to get our vehicle, then left it in the rain. We had to move our car under the awning, and load our own luggage. (Yes... I know that sounds entitled, but my wife is oxygen dependent and requires extra time and help.) In addition to the nonexistent customer service, he then told me, (not asked), to move our vehicle, as someone needed to check in, and get out of the pouring rain. “Really... you need to tell me it’s raining... My clothes are wet!” A very bad way to end an otherwise great stay.”
