“I can't say enough great things about our stay at this condo! We had such a good time here - it's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, the condo is very clean and organized, and there are a lot of local places to eat and shop all within walking distance. They have on-site laundry and a lot of beach gear available to use as well. We stayed here for a month, waiting for our house contract to go through, and we still talk about how great our stay was. The beach within walking distance is so beautiful - I would wake up every morning and walk to drink my coffee right on the beach!! You can tell the owners work hard to keep this rental clean and maintained. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“I really liked this place. The room had what we needed and the location was wonderful. It's right on the beach. There is food and drinks on site but also many great options within walking distance too. There is an additional resort fee when you book that is applied when you check in. It does give you a $15 food/drink credit per day and two drinks vouchers. Will definitely come here again.”

“Really great place for couples, the location is amazing. The beach cabana service is really top notch. We did the direct ocean view with two balconies and it was unbelievable that we got to wake up to this view every day. Bongos restaurant was great, the live entertainment was also chill and nice to listen to when eating at Bongos at night. Everything was great for my first time to St. Pete Beach, would definitely go back to the Bellwether. The only minor complaint is the parking lot, no one parks straight and some cars even overlap on the lines. Also the floors could use a better mopping/sweeping between guests. There were some strands of hairs that didn't belong to us but everything else was good.”

“We have been coming here 2 times a year for about 7 years and it's our favorite place to stay. Feels like home away from home. The office is always very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. You don't need to have a car because everything you may need it in walking distance. But if you have a car there is even more to do within a close or short drive. We have stayed in several units and they all have been quality. We will continue to visit as many times as we can!”

“Very nice little restaurant on the bay side. I had the blackened grouper tacos. They were awesome with a nice spice level to them. Definitely a locals place. The fries were a nice surprise. They were like fingerling fries, crispy but also meaty. Really good and addictive. I sat at the inside bar and the bartender was polite and efficient. Very friendly people and atmosphere. They had live music and you could sit outside along the water if you wanted.”

“Wow what a great time we had on Dolphin Landings! We live here and the 2.5 hour sunset cruise was just like being away in an exotic land out to beautiful calm seas filled with dolphins, wonderful local shops, restaurants and homes on the water. We then got to the open waters and we enjoyed the gentle waves swaying back and forth while watching one of our glorious famous Florida sunsets! As soon as the sun set and we started to head back the skies got dark and we started to race back to the dock and the crew was amazing! We were back in record time swiftly, smoothly and safely… Thanks to Captain Scott and first mate Paul who were the best hosts and who kept us safe! BYOB & snacks, plenty of parking available, great restaurants and fun bars with music on site for an additional time before or after you set sail! “I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all friendly, professional & very helpful. The kitchen had what I needed to cook for the week. Clean room. Plenty of towels, plus beach towels & use of bikes or beach chairs. outside sitting areas are very nice. great little pool/ spa. the property was cleaned daily by staff. Only a few steps across the street to the sand. watch the sunset from the front porch if you don't want to cross the street. Two blocks to some great food. Local transport was easy to use & get around. Quiet & relaxing. Is on my list of a return spot. Thank you!”

“Went for Fri. Brunch and were lucky enough to be served by Amy. Wife had Short Ribs Benedict and I had the Meat Lovers Omelette. Both dishes were brought to our table quickly and were plentiful, fresh and very tasty. An added bonus was Dan the Manager was going around making sure patrons were being taken care of. The view was incredibly beautiful and all in all one the best meals we have enjoyed lately. Kudos to Amy, Dan and the Chefs for making this a most enjoyable experience...already planning on returning 😀”
