“I have been using this company for almost 2 years and have always been impressed by their customer service and product. The last shipment that I ordered was unfortunately intercepted by someone and i did not receive the package. I contacted scent fill about the issue who immediately responded. This was on a Sunday evening nonetheless. They politely asked for a week to see if they could track down the package and if they could not they would send me my products at their expense. Unfortunately they were unable to track down the package. Today I received my new order from them. To say their customer service is wonderful would be an understatement. I appreciate the speed and communication and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great products and great people that stand behind their small business!”
