“We stayed in one of the smaller cottages on the end. It was clean, cute, and cozy!! The pool and table/chairs area were plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. Definitely will be back! Close to shopping, restaurants, and short walk to beach!”

“It is a very pretty place, dainty in a good way. It offered all the amenities we needed such as a fridge/freezer, stove, plates, cups, etc. It is right on the beach and not far from John's Pass which has to offer everything from food to clothing to fun on the water. The management company was quick to resolve any issues we had, as well. If you get the chance stay here. You will not be disappointed!”

“Loved our stay here at the first of December!!! The room was nice and the beach was right off the pool deck. We loved it was across the street from John's Pass, they have restaurants and shopping all within a really short 2 minute walk. We never had to leave in the car, it was really nice.”

“My kids and I and a very good friend stayed at Sea Turtle Bungalows while on vacation and absolutely loved it. The location on John’s Pass is perfectly tucked away but within walking distance of everything. We loved fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out to watch the sun rise and set. The barn has everything you need for time at the beach and the wagon to pull everything in came in clutch. The bungalow itself was clean and updated and the kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make lunch and dinner daily. We will definitely be back!”

“This place has everything you could ever need. You can literally get off a plane stop by the grocery store and not have to leave for the length of the stay. Check in was kinda weird. Had to go down the street a mile to another resort to get the keys. 10 am check out is kinda early too but we'll worth the visit. The beach is a very short walk. The lounge chairs are there for using along with beach toys sand toys for the kids.”

“Wow!! I have been to many vacation rentals in my life and I do have to say the NEW owners have really outdone themselves with this freshly renovated luxury stay! All we needed was our suitcases. They supplied us with everything and anything that we would possibly need to enjoy the beach and their private deck! Beach cart,Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sunscreen and cooler! They also had plenty of coffee and creamer in the unit! Full set of pots and pans ,cutting boards ,quality knife sets for us to cook with.. Also when we received the check in instructions Susi and George provided us with a long list of activities and restaurants to visit while we are here! SUPER HELPFUL!! The space was spotless! Cleaned immaculately! Towels were soft& high quality. Beds were super comfortable. The attention to detail is spot on! Susi&George have amazing taste and they DO NOT disappoint! Oh yes and I can’t forget Thank you so much for the bottle of wine and snack size candys😊 We will be coming back and bring family very soon.”

“404 Villa Madeira is amazing! Very clean and lots of new upgrades. The kitchen is very well done with Limestone tile and well crafted cabinets that I would put in my own home. The shower is large and tiled and looks great. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt very much at home in this unit and appreciate the commitment to a great experience for the guests that choose to stay here! I spent every morning and every late afternoon on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sound of the waves reading a book, sipping coffee, doing some work on my laptop, or just people watching as they passed by. You will NOT be disappointed with this choice!”

“I mean, first of all, the beach is easily accessible so that's a good start. Then, there's a pool AND hot tub, although they aren't close by but you still access both pretty easily also. I've been here twice with family, each for vacations and both times were great stays! There's even an outside seating area and a Sandy area where you could set up games, for example, Cornhole. But yeah, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“The cottages are a cozy arrangement of quaint cottages with each cottage having its own outside sitting area for drinking coffee in the morning to sipping wine in the evening. Our one bedroom cottage had the sitting area right outside the bedroom. Our kitchen window looked out at the pool where there were plenty of lounge chairs to sun and a couple of thatched covered tables wrapped with white lights where we sat after dark for bedtime cocktails. The location is outstanding being a 10-minute walk to multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We 100% enjoyed our stay in The Cottages. So private and relaxing. Much prefer this compared to high rises, elevators and tons of people!”

“Just finished a 4 night stay here and everything was fantastic. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had just a regular pool view room but it was large and comfortable. Shower had good water pressure for washing off the beach. Location is great, walking distance to lots of food. This particular section of beach wasn’t crowded at all and a great relaxing atmosphere. The grills and tables were a huge plus as we were able to just grill hot dogs for lunch and save a lot of money. We don’t spend much time at pools while at the beach but they seemed to be nice if that’s your thing. Only recommendation to the hotel is to try and keep the pool towels a little better stocked. We would certainly come back and visit again without hesitation.”

“Take this from someone who never wants to take the time to leave a review (I felt compelled). My wife and I stayed here and had a truly unbelievable week. The resort itself is clean and quiet, however the location is perfect for a night on the town, all within walking distance (Johns pass...etc). We have in the past stayed in Cleareater, but everything is so distant and not fairly priced. After staying at IP, this will be our forever place (sorry clearwater :( ). The resort supplied water toys, beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (beach was a walk across the street!). There was a couple days, we never even had to leave the resort, great people who were staying there and we enjoyed the company around the tiki area. Multiple grills for us to use, and again I cannot stress enough the up-keep of the resort. Get ready for us again IP, can't wait for next time, now having a lay of the land it will only be that much better. Strong recommendation.”

“FANTASTIC beach front location - 2 great restaurants literally across the street - convenience store one block away.....I didn't need a car, everything I needed was right there for a stress-less ultra-relaxing vacation. The staff, both Diane and the owner, were so, so nice and approachable. I traveled alone and my room was one bedroom, oceanfront...looking right at the waves. Super clean, comfortable and very cold air and ceiling fans. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker - plenty of linens. I didn't have to ask for a thing. Pool and hot tub are amazing and the grounds are very well maintained. I was literally so happy with my choice. Definitely independently owned (not a big chain name) - but so charming and literally, there could not be a closer spot to the beach. The restaurants across the street were great - Screwies (breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks), or Dockside Dave's (lunch, dinner, drinks). Both have inside/outside seating......the Grouper and scallops at Dave's.........soooo good. Thank you so much and I WILL return!”

“What an amazing experience! The entire team at this hotel made our labor day weekend spectacular! We were a group of 21 folks traveling together in multiple rooms. Every room was spotless, we enjoyed the multiple gathering areas available both indoor and out. The staff kept all of the gathering areas very clean and we're available to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. They managed to anticipate and fulfill every need even on a holiday weekend in the middle of a global pandemic. From the front desk, to the bistro, to the pool staff and housekeeping team, great experience thanks to you all! Our best stay ever at a Courtyard by Marriott! We will be back!”
