    The services that I received at Balance Your Fitness were awesome. I received an individual plan that worked for me. I no longer have the lower back discomfort and have continued the plan that was created for me. I definitely would recommend the services.

    Aaron’s ability to focus on a client’s individual needs is what sets him apart from other health and fitness professionals. I have just begun working with Aaron for the second time in my life. Ten years ago, he helped me build strength after many years of neglecting my physical fitness. This time around, I have the added challenge of pain from repetitive work related motion. Aaron has helped me overcome those challenges by showing me ways to target troublesome areas of my body. I have now begun to build strength without pain. I feel stronger and more empowered to help myself move forward in my fitness journey. I cannot give Aaron enough praise and thanks!

    I've worked with Balance Your Fitness for almost 7 years. Aaron is very knowledgable and helpful about fitness and nutrition. He helped me heal my plantar fasciitis, lowered my blood pressure, my stability is a lot better and I'm stronger than before. His workouts are personalized just for you and he makes sure you are pain free while doing any of the exercises. I appreciate all Aaron has helped me with and he holds me accountable, which I need.

    I have a bulge disc in my lower back and have been to physical therapy a countless amount of time. However I have always stopped going because I would end up in more pain than when I started. I was introduced to Aaron and Balance Your Fitness thru a friend of mine. She thought he would help my back and she was 100% correct. He does a fantastic job of making sure the workouts are good for my fitness level and for my back. I have been working out with him for a month and this is the FIRST time I have not been in pain from working out! Aaron is great with mixing up the workouts while still focusing on the maximum effect with no pain. I definitely would recommend Aaron and Balance Your Fitness to anyone who wants to strengthen and improve your body while not having any soreness or pain afterwards!!
