“This is a review of THIS location and the staff HERE. This is NOT for Verizon as a company .. that's a different story ... December 2021, Mike (then manage) helped my son and I with upgrading our paid off Pixel 3 & Pixel 3XL for the new Pixel 6 Pro (two of them). The then promotion was $350 off each phone towards the new phones. Great. We spent honestly about 2-3 hours combined getting it all set up and done. Mike was forthcoming and easy to work with (kudos to him). We placed the phones on order and sometime in January they arrived. Mike did say it would take 3-4 months for our credit to reflect on the bill. Well, we never got $350/phone credit .. only $99.48 credit .. so, my bill was some $30/$40+ per month than it should've been. Not cool. Today - 9.10.22 - I went in to discuss this and possible options for replacement phones (since both Pixel Pros have performed LESS than great.). Dawson is the new manager. Super cool person and very polite and helpful. Also quite patient. He made arrangements with Verizon (however they communicate with each other) to correct the credit issue and refund what credit I've been missing from jump. That is what Id call a great solution. I'm certain he's done his part .. now it's up to Verizon to honor that. But, as far as my personal experience with Dawson at this location, I'm looking forward to coming back here for my next upgrade and working with Dawson! Thank you Dawson. We'll be back in November 2022! Get Some!”

“What a difference this new window tint has made! I'm in the car a lot for work and the old tint that was on the car when I purchased it was peeling and bubbling. “While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”

“This is a new eye doctor in Odessa although they have 2 other locations in Tampa. The doctor and nurse are very down to earth and friendly. The exam was by far the best and most informative examination I have ever had. They have all the latest technology. The doctor scanned my retina and took a video of my eye then went over every detail. He answered all my questions and explained all the parts of my eye. The glasses they offer are all so nice!! Everything is made in Europe and super light weight which is helpful since my prescription is so high. I defiantly recommend them!”
