“While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”

“I spent a few nights at this hotel while visiting my daughter in FL. the hotel was pristine and so comfortable on every level. I was especially pleased with some staff members. Kelly, Sue, Eric, John and Miguel. They all were very helpful, courteous, and so friendly. They made my stay that much more enjoyable.
