“Dr. Kara is an angel on Earth, there is no doubt in my mind. We had come to the hard decision of letting our sweet Great Dane go. We knew we did not want him to pass in a cold vet's office, but would rather help him transition to his next life, in the comfort of our home. From the moment of reaching out to Dr. Kara, she filled us with a sense of calm and understanding. We knew we had made the right decision in choosing her services. As soon as she walked in, she got on the floor and began to love on Goose. It was like he was greeting a long lost friend, kissing her face and immediately taking to her. Dr. Kara's presence has left our family speechless, I honestly don't know if I have ever met someone as special as her. Her soul is truly beautiful. She never once rushed us, explaining each step and taking time to learn about Goose and all of our other dogs. She came prepared with a bag full of treats and made sure Goose was comfortable and happy. When the time came to let him go, she was patient with us - it was the most peaceful and beautiful experiences any of us have ever shared together. Although losing a pet is one of the hardest things to go through, having Dr. Kara by our sides was the best decision we have ever made. What a gift she gave us!”

“This is my favorite Seven Eleven ever! The staff is very friendly and know some good soda mixtures. I go here so often that they all know my name. I’m glad it’s within walking distance of my home! The owner works the front counter as well, shows what kind of character he is! Everyone here has always been very respectful, professional, and personable. The gas prices are usually in-line with other gas stations and the pumps are in good condition. The car was actually works pretty good here to, one time I used it after a night of mudding. Funny thing is, the next morning there was a guy that had to clean the wash haha. But this is a great location!”

I’m more likely to treat this as a sandwich shop or quick lunch stop than as a gas station, though they’ve earned my business for that too. “First and foremost, it's a 7-11 and never use your debit card at any pump! Always pay with a credit card inside!! On 120818 around 9:40am I encountered and witnessed great customer service from a younger gentleman "employee" that wanted to help out a older gentleman "customer" with a walking condition, with his goods to his truck. The older gentleman appreciated the kindness, but declined the offer. It was nice to see the kindness and humbleness from the employee. My hat off to him!”

“There is a wonderful cashier name Sabrina, who always shows wonderful customer service. I asked her where something was and she went above and beyond to understand my question, help me locate it, ask me if I needed help with something else. When I told her yes and described what I needed, even though she never heard of it she went out her way to ask another associate where it was located. That is a true definition of going above and beyond and caring for a customer. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful, the store is always clean and there is always staff on the floor to locate if you ever need help. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!”

“Ashley was very rude to me. She does not understand customer service, whatsoever! I went in to get a car was and the car was wasnt working. I called and asked for help. She couldnt hear me. The question I needed answered was, when will it be fixed? simple, explanation should have sufficed. Like, I have to get a hold of my manager and she needs to put in a work order, that usually takes about 3 days Do I nessecarily want to come back again, to have it not fixed? No, just a rough estimate in when. Next time it doesnt work, an apolpolgy for your inconvenience and a sign out there saying out of order. Than she assumed that I gave an attitude, when I had to speak louder because she assumed my finger was on the button when it wasn,t and she wasnt giving me detail to when. Then, she said she can give me a rewash voucher. Sure, I couldve come back any other day but, still inconvenient and just paid $10 for nothing. Not getting sympathy and getting come back whenever. Not answering my question what so ever. Rude and spoke over me multiple times you do not argue with guests or speak over them. Ok I spoke to management, I understand why, people go through horrible things, including me and it takes someone to do a great job, like the MOD did. Sorry for the frustration! I rated low again because the same cashier was one again rude. I had a problem with the car wash and needed her help she is a woman that scoffs at people. I really don't like going in and seeing her.”
