“There a lot of things I could say, but to save you reading through reams of details...here are the basics...the stripped down version of what I absolutely loved about The Formal Spot. And yes... I loved this place! I am not a "shopper"...I do not enjoy the process, I do not have TIME for the process. And yet...this was my wedding and - although I was tempted - I thought my usual habit of online shopping was probably not the best idea. I am very tall, and have difficulty finding clothes that fit - and so I was not looking forward to this process. Add to all of that the fact that I work in the wedding industry...so I see dresses every week...the good, the bad and the ugly and ill fitted. I was a tiny bit petrified. Yet...it worked out perfectly. I messaged Lisa at The Formal Spot with an idea of what I might like, and made an appointment. She was ready with several samples in my style, and offered suggestions for altering based on my feedback. I was able to add the upgrades I wanted, remove what I didn't like, and have the alterations and fittings done, at the store itself...so no chasing around Central Florida and adding extra errands to my already cramped schedule. “We hired Tootles Event Sitters for our wedding and are glad we did. They were accommodating with several changes we had to make during our booking process (e.g. number of children attending), which we definitely appreciated. The three sitters that were at our wedding did a great job! Several of our guests who registered their children with Tootles told us they had a good experience—their kids were entertained and they were able to check in on them throughout the night. Tootles was also a big help to two of our guests who were in our wedding party. They were there with their daughter who was supposed to be looked after by other members of their family. But, at the last minute, those family members were unable to attend. Fortunately, Tootles was able to watch their daughter during the ceremony, so it all worked out well. Overall, we’re happy that we booked Tootles for our wedding and would recommend their services!”

“Dr. Kara is an angel on Earth, there is no doubt in my mind. We had come to the hard decision of letting our sweet Great Dane go. We knew we did not want him to pass in a cold vet's office, but would rather help him transition to his next life, in the comfort of our home. From the moment of reaching out to Dr. Kara, she filled us with a sense of calm and understanding. We knew we had made the right decision in choosing her services. As soon as she walked in, she got on the floor and began to love on Goose. It was like he was greeting a long lost friend, kissing her face and immediately taking to her. Dr. Kara's presence has left our family speechless, I honestly don't know if I have ever met someone as special as her. Her soul is truly beautiful. She never once rushed us, explaining each step and taking time to learn about Goose and all of our other dogs. She came prepared with a bag full of treats and made sure Goose was comfortable and happy. When the time came to let him go, she was patient with us - it was the most peaceful and beautiful experiences any of us have ever shared together. Although losing a pet is one of the hardest things to go through, having Dr. Kara by our sides was the best decision we have ever made. What a gift she gave us!”

“A large sized Burlington location with a ton of products. Everything was very clean and well organized. They had clear aisle markers to try and keep traffic in each direction to a minimum. I liked that everything was organized and very few items were out of place. I found a couple things I wanted to take home like shoes for our little one, a travel pillow and a dog toy. I like that they have so much for you to look through all in one store. The line at the front moved very quickly as they have all customers in one line and they get to go to the next open register so it's easy. Our cashier was very friendly and quick. Overall: A Solid, clean and organized location.”

“The waitress Luz here is absolutely amazing.... first it was very clean and the tables and chairs were all sanitized and everyone was distanced from each other which was great. “There is a wonderful cashier name Sabrina, who always shows wonderful customer service. I asked her where something was and she went above and beyond to understand my question, help me locate it, ask me if I needed help with something else. When I told her yes and described what I needed, even though she never heard of it she went out her way to ask another associate where it was located. That is a true definition of going above and beyond and caring for a customer. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful, the store is always clean and there is always staff on the floor to locate if you ever need help. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!”

“We love Ross for their great selection and awesome prices on name brand items at Discount Store prices. I buy all my cologne there and it is cheap enough to use as aftershave. Usually less than half of the original "Mall Store" price! My son and I stopped in this store on a Saturday and it was unusually busy. So much so that I decided not to stand in a very long line to buy my favorite cologne. We can always return another day. You may want to shop this store during the week or at off peak hours.
