I didnt even know CubeSmart existed until I couldn't stand being at this other local storage unit on Lebanon Road right across the Mount Juliet city line. I couldn't find a new storage unit fast enough. First of all, the staff has excellent customer service, and that means a lot because it's so hard to come by these days. Also, the property is very well maintained and the cost to rent a unit is much less than what I was paying for the same size at the other local storage unit. Last, each time I've had to call to ask a question or for help in getting my account set up, Someone is always there to answer the phone during business hours. So far I'm having a wonderful experience!

Susan is wonderful at the Matterhorn Drive location. She went above and beyond with me, and made me feel so welcome. From the very start, she made it so easy and comfortable for me, as I was moving from another state. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Met a guy here to pick up a industrial 10ft steel welding table. This guy had like 10 storage bays for industrial type vintage equipment, plus a two fork lifts.. Now that's a great storage company I can support and get behind to help small businesses.

Easy access and nice big storage units!!

Showed up on time, called before arriving, made very little mess, and cleaned up the mess once finished. No more leak and blockage was cleared. Very happy with service!
