“First off the dentists here is my little brother so any chance to roast him is a good one; however, I will not do this here. This staff is wonderful and it started from the moment I walked in. Not knowing me, I was greeted immediately, and throughout the entire process the staff explained each step. They were patient, professional, and customer focused. So you leave a message then they call back leave another message... And this should NEVER EVER happen. Telling me you want me to call back to review my mammogram results... Like I don't already have anxiety... Still no word.. so I am sitting here waiting. Playing your game.... I explained I get no cell service inside my house.. I live literally in the woods... And I do not drive due to anxiety or I would drive there... So I guess I will just sit here with my anxiety ski high due to your lack of understanding and concern.”
