“The lady who checked us in was very kind and sweet she was a great asset to the bussniss we were awoken to find out they dont allow pets and check out was 10.30 who ever heard of that but other than that place was clean and very nice when your a traveler finding places that allow pets is hard you need to consider why they have pets as for us we had 2 active service dogs 2 retired service dogs as everyone knows by law you can not refuse a service dog . Ask next time before being rude about it please .”

“Quaint, humble hotel. Room was beautiful, spacious, clean and cold!!! Loved it! My husband and I welcomed the refreshing ice cold air after being in 100* heat. Water pressure was great, coffee pot and blow dryer ready just in case. Complimentary hot breakfast and outdoor pool ( we didn't use it) great location, reasonable price - great room.”

“Level sites, nice grass, some sites with concrete patios. A little tight fit for larger rigs, but very doable, especially since we had a pull through site. Allowed washing of RV and car for a small fee, which is rare! Heated pool well maintained and good sized with adequate lounge chairs and washrooms at the pool. Some non-routine maintenance not great -- picnic tables in disrepair (and in need of a good paint job), not all showers usable and laundry machines were OLD, but nothing to detract from our pleasant stay -- even extended for five days. Close enough for day trips to the Keys -- forts and state parks and snorkeling, etc. Very friendly staff and nice recreation area (shuffle board, basketball hoop, card games, bingo) and a Tiki Bar on site with karaoke on Friday nights. Very dog friendly and the grounds are clean, grass is cut and hook ups at sites well maintained. Moderately priced for the area, and security cameras and patrols were plentiful. Lots of shade from well-trimmed trees, so no worries there. Would stay here again.”

“The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and always said good morning when they saw us. The breakfast staff left a lot to be desired. The room was clean and reasonably quiet (mainly the heavy doors closing). Beds are comfy, lots of pillows! Not the best air conditioning, but we didn’t die. The bathroom and kitchen area in 123 was very, very hot; if we left the exhaust fan on in the bathroom and cracked the door, it helped to cool the room. We noticed a few roaches in the bathroom, but it’s FL… We would definitely stay here again. It was nicer than the other hotels we visited in the Miami area.”
