I just got a new camera, my first in over 10 years, and I needed a converter for my old lenses. The guy in the camera department was such a rockstar. He knew they had one, just wasn't sure where it was. He looked in about six different spots, didn't give up, and finally found it! I was so impressed with him and his excellent customer support, I ended up also buying a new lens. You guys have an excellent employee here, Best Buy!”

“We just recently purchased an apricot Tiny poodle, she has become part of our family ,she was so tiny when we first purchased her that we thought she would stay between 3-5 , much to our surprise or a little tiny angel grew a bit bigger then we expected, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly the size that any dog will grow to, Especially the little ones poodles, Malties and Yorkies etc, our angel is 7 month old now ,she’s still the little tiny girl we bought when we first saw her just a little bit heavier and taller . I spoke with the owner she was very helpful and caring about the whole situation, we worked out a deal in the near future she’ll work with us on our next purchase, and we are planning to buy a companion for a little girl. It’s nice to know that the Owner was willing to help and take our concerns into consideration ASAP, she has no control over the size of the animal as it grows you could buy a teacup thinking it’s a teacup and they could grow much larger. It’s fair to say that she has quality healthy beautiful little angels and amazing show room and staff. We look forward to working with them in the future and I will continue referring to my friends. Our wedding was delayed, but thanks to Larry our guests were entertained with some smooth tunes during that time. The songs we requested before, during, and after the ceremony sounded great. As I looked through all the flowers undecided with my choice; this sweet lady asked me detailed questions about the recipient of the flowers and together we picked the perfect assortment. Her customer service went above excellent when she told me to go to the cashier and pay for the flowers as she puts the arrangement in the vase! Now that’s what you call quality service. I had no idea what I was doing and haven’t bought dress clothing in almost a decade. He knew his stuff and really helped me select the best, most fitted outfit possible. I went by the next day to grab some jeans and exchange a shirt since I already had a great experience the day before and was helped my another nice guy by the name of Max.
