Our schedule kept changing but when we finally arrived he was waiting at the security gate. Never met Logan and only communicated via phone and text. “We relocated from Charlotte, NC to near Tampa, FL with only 3 weeks notice. Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload. Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!”

“My daughter bought us a 4 hour tour around AMI and we had a blast! Roger, our boat captain, gave us a lot of history, stories and background of homes in the area. Super friendly guy with a ton of information and entertainment. We also got a lot of recommendations on the great places to eat, fish or just kick back and relax. Highly recommend them if you want an afternoon of sun and relaxation. Granddaughter lost her hat but didn’t tell anyone for a few minutes but Roger took us back to get it. Didn’t get quite close enough to snag it so Daniel jumped in and swam to it not realizing how cold the water was. Breath taking I think he said! Lol! Fun day!”

“They rented me a U-Haul and sold me a bunch of packing supplies. The U-Haul was great, some of the packing supplies were not. Aka, buy a tarp instead of the overpriced plastic furniture covers which are horrible to work with and rip apart easily. They seem to be made of a thinner plastic than what you might buy at a dollar store for painting over.”

“I submit this as more of a "thank you" than a review, because I wanted to thank everyone at Sara Bay Marina for a fantastic stay. This was the first winter we brought our boat down with us, and we made good use of it. Jason, Frank, and the rest of the yard/dock crew were exceptional and always considerate. They made us feel so welcome and even when really busy, they were willing to take a moment to chat. The launch app was too cool and easy to use. Just click and get to the dock- makes you feel like a rock star. And every time we'd arrive, the boat was really clean and ready to go. Never got a chance to ask how the cleaning crews get the boats so spiffy. We didn't get to meet anyone in the service dept, but they replaced a bad starter quicker than we've seen anywhere else.
