Our schedule kept changing but when we finally arrived he was waiting at the security gate. Never met Logan and only communicated via phone and text. “We relocated from Charlotte, NC to near Tampa, FL with only 3 weeks notice. Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload. Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!”

“They rented me a U-Haul and sold me a bunch of packing supplies. The U-Haul was great, some of the packing supplies were not. Aka, buy a tarp instead of the overpriced plastic furniture covers which are horrible to work with and rip apart easily. They seem to be made of a thinner plastic than what you might buy at a dollar store for painting over.”

There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”
