“I have been seeing Dr. Patricia Dixon for almost 2 years now, and she is probably one of the best psychologists I’ve ever and will ever work with. She has helped me feel more comfortable verbalizing my emotions, and certainly helped me stake out the path I wish to take in life. Fair warning, she is very honest with her patients; she won’t treat you like you’re fragile. Half the fun her is the banter. The atmosphere of the office is very mild but stylish, and comfortable to be around. I would give Dr. Dixon serious consideration if you are looking for a fantastic Psychologist.”

“On the advice of a friend, I decided to check out this restaurant located by a marina on the Manatee River. First of all the view was spectacular at sunset. Truly stunning. I ordered the grouper sandwich and it was fresh and tender. My appetizer was an order of coconut shrimp and it was decent. The server was friendly and the prices were very reasonable considering the prime location. You can get a draft beer for under $5. I couldn't find a flaw with the restaurant so it gets a rare 5 star rating from me.”

“This restaurant has been renovated, redesigned, and renamed since we last visited. The deck is less spacious for dining as it now has a large bar area and TV for sports fans. They have retractable awnings if you sit facing to marina that makes it very pleasant. The food was much as it was before. I can’t say it is delicious but it is good. Really, I think you are paying for the location/view. I got the Cobb salad with blackened chicken. It was good. I thought the chicken was delicious and will probably buy that entree next time we come. The salad comes with blue cheese and I didn’t think the flavors went together. If I ordered it again I would probably get ranch. We also purchased the Cuban which came on grilled “panini” bread. It was okay. A little dry. It definitely didn’t taste like a “Cuban sandwich” though by strictest ingredient listing I guess if fits the category. The French fries were good. Overall, if you want to pay more for location and okay food this place works. We will be back the next time we want a meal on the docks.”
