My wife and I are very experienced in our respective business fields with many contracts and deals done over 30yrs, but this was our first marine transaction. When we found our boat, it was how we were treated by the listing broker that put my antenna up and got me thinking about what John had told me, so I called Ed to see if he would consider acting as a buyers broker.

Our transaction was around a Cabo Rico 38, and though we had already found the boat, Ed put a lot of time in and brought tremendous knowledge and value to the transaction. Ed was present during survey and sea trial, and again, ensured our best interest was represented. His highly competent partner Debbie made the contract execution and monetary transaction effortless with her experience and skill. Had it not been for Ed and Debbie, we may not have acquired the boat we would go on to have wonderful experiences aboard and grow to love.
