She was great with correspondence prior, getting the details on what we wanted and she helped me make decisions on what I wasn't sure about. “Got the food in less than 5 minutes. The inside is very cozy with all of the decorations. From the smell of the food from outside, I can say the expectations do stay the same with the taste. The brisket burger (photo), was amazing with a very savory sauce. The fries are out of this world, on my top 5 of all time. Not to thick or thin with a crispy outside. The employees were nice and helpful with any requests we had. TLDR: If you are wanting a burger on the island, eat here.”

“Best place on the island for sunrise on the Bayside and sunset on the gulf side. Perfect location, on the trolley route, walkable, clean rooms, heated pool and hot hot tub. “We recently visited Anna Maria Island and stayed at a Portfolio Vacations property. (Island Break) The property we rented was great! Jen, the Property Manager, was THE ABSOLUTE BEST for helping with our stay! I can’t say enough great things about her! She went above and beyond to help with an item we left behind on our trip. I am so thankful God put her in our path! We had a great stay and plan to book with them if we visit AMI again. 100% recommend!”

I got the grilled chicken breast sandwhich and I didn’t think it would be that great but honestly it was amazing. Little pricey, my family said food was not amazing but good. Mine was amazing. Location is amazing as well. We got to see the sunset right as it went down and we were eating. 5/5”

“Terry’s rental options are all star. There’s plenty of room , our unit was freshly refurbished, had a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach items from a wagon to chairs. We were in need of one item that was not working properly and the owner replaced it before we even got back from our morning outing which is outstanding! Communication from rental firm to renter are top notch & keyless access a total bonus and not common so this is a big deal! We loved that we had 2 parking spaces and very easy access to the beach. The beach was white sand, plush and really warm water especially during January. This rental was close to wicked cantina and Cortez bridge making it fast and easy to find food and get across the island with minimal traffic since the bridge is so close!! The only thing we would have liked in addition to our amenities was a safe but that is hardly a deal breaker, just a thought. We are coming back and staying with this brand again because we were able to peruse many locations and by far this offers many advantages from parking to great beach location shared with a nearby resort.”
