“We stayed at the Captain’s Quarters for 5 nights in December. It was a great location, easy walk across the street to the beach. The space was clean and great for the 2 of us. Bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked. The hot tub/heated pool was a nice feature, it is shared with the others in the building but there are only 4 (I think) other rooms there and only 1or 2 were booked the entire time we were there. The staff is very responsive to any requests we made. Would definitely stay again !!!”

“This is the 2nd year in a row during our Spring Break Florida Vacation that we booked Captain Fin for a Sunset/Dolphin Cruise. For the 2nd year in a row, he exceeded expectations. He knows how to find dolphins and get them jumping in his boat wake. He did it last year and again this year. It's amazing. He also knows so much about the area and tons to see. Manatee's, Bird Sanctuary, Islands, and so much more.”

“Being locals we loved our stay cation at Runaway Bay. We stayed on the 2nd floor bay side and enjoyed fabulous sun rises. The apartment was clean and well stocked for at home cooking which we did alot of. We really wanted a blender. There were a few things that needed attention which is why only 4 stars. I would stay there again and would definately recommend it to family and friends.”

Our family would have loved some close-ups but they were so far that you cannot tell who was who and several were blurred. However, this is definitely an excursions I would do again:)”

“We have been returning to 3 pines for 27 years. It has been updated, clean, beautiful and Wagner Realty has been wonderful when things go wrong. Sit on the porch with coffee in your hand, feet in the sand. Best feature is no stairs for us older folks! Everything you could imagine, just like home. Laundry in house, pots and pans, internet, hair dryer... and the view for sunset right out of your living room.”

“Absolutely loved our little cottage! We were able to check in early, everything was clean, and the front desk was very accommodating. Just be aware that the bathroom access is through the bedroom (in case there are more than two people staying in the room). The beach access is very close. And there is also a pool. I liked that they had a parking lot and you didn't have to park right on the main road. I noticed several places had parking on the main road which is very busy.”

“This bait shop is perfectly positioned if you get to the pier and find you forgot bait or tackle a rod and reel they have you covered. My kids and I went fishing on Labor Day and the bait shop was open and fully stocked with live bait. The fishing was fun even if we only caught pin fish the memories are priceless.”

“The room was very cute and cozy, but most importantly super clean. I was expecting a room right by beachfront but it was honestly a few steps to the beach which was no big deal at all. The weather was not on our favor but the room was so cozy and quiet that we enjoyed quiet time and movies. The service was great as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay an will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a large party of 14 tonight. Had to wait a bit because it was pretty busy. There was a live band outside playing. Staff were very friendly and especially our waitress. I don't remember her name. She was amazing though! Food came out and it was so delicious! Highly recommend coming here while visiting the island!”

“This is the best place we have stayed at. The view from the top unit is wonderful. Saw dolphins, egrets, blue heron and more right on or near our dock. Rex was extremely easy and responsive to any requests. The bed was so comfortable we are going to see about changing ours. Good shower pressure. Stove is induction so a bit of a learning curve. We did not use the dishwasher. We would come back in a heartbeat but rates here and on AMI going up at a ridiculous rate. You will not be disappointed. Beach is literally 150 steps. Great beach to walk on. Never grew tired of the view from the balcony. Thanks Rex. Stayed for 10 weeks. Had great neighbours downstairs too.”

“This tour was amazing! Christina did most of the talking, and was incredibly knowledgable and funny. I've been on dolphin tours before, but this was really a cool and different experience. You can tell this company cares about the sea creatures, and they have a lot of respect for the animals. There's so much more to see than just dolphins, too! We saw different birds, fish, manatees, dolphins, sunken sail boats, big beautiful homes along the water, banyan trees, playgrounds in the water, and so much more. The water is so clear that we could see to the very bottom of the gulf from the boat. Funny side note- this tour wasn't a part of the plan for the day- We had our hearts set on going to a Farmer's Market that morning and were SO disappointed to arrive and find it doesn't exist anymore. We quickly shifted gears in an effort to save the day, and landed on the dolphin cruise. When we got off the boat, my cheeks hurt from smiling for 2 days. It was the best thing we could have done, and no one was mad about the market anymore. Next year we are going to go again, and we can't wait. “We had a great experience here! The place was incredibly clean and exactly as advertised. Nice touches including champagne as a welcome. Rooftop seating area stunning. Lovely pool and hot tub, and rooms and common areas very clean and modern. Location is perfect - less than 5 min walk to the beach and Bridge street with lots of restaurant options. Hosts very easy to communicate with. 6 small parking spots available. Would definitely stay here again!”
