“This is the 2nd year in a row during our Spring Break Florida Vacation that we booked Captain Fin for a Sunset/Dolphin Cruise. For the 2nd year in a row, he exceeded expectations. He knows how to find dolphins and get them jumping in his boat wake. He did it last year and again this year. It's amazing. He also knows so much about the area and tons to see. Manatee's, Bird Sanctuary, Islands, and so much more.”

“Being locals we loved our stay cation at Runaway Bay. We stayed on the 2nd floor bay side and enjoyed fabulous sun rises. The apartment was clean and well stocked for at home cooking which we did alot of. We really wanted a blender. There were a few things that needed attention which is why only 4 stars. I would stay there again and would definately recommend it to family and friends.”

“This is the best place we have stayed at. The view from the top unit is wonderful. Saw dolphins, egrets, blue heron and more right on or near our dock. Rex was extremely easy and responsive to any requests. The bed was so comfortable we are going to see about changing ours. Good shower pressure. Stove is induction so a bit of a learning curve. We did not use the dishwasher. We would come back in a heartbeat but rates here and on AMI going up at a ridiculous rate. You will not be disappointed. Beach is literally 150 steps. Great beach to walk on. Never grew tired of the view from the balcony. Thanks Rex. Stayed for 10 weeks. Had great neighbours downstairs too.”

“This tour was amazing! Christina did most of the talking, and was incredibly knowledgable and funny. I've been on dolphin tours before, but this was really a cool and different experience. You can tell this company cares about the sea creatures, and they have a lot of respect for the animals. There's so much more to see than just dolphins, too! We saw different birds, fish, manatees, dolphins, sunken sail boats, big beautiful homes along the water, banyan trees, playgrounds in the water, and so much more. The water is so clear that we could see to the very bottom of the gulf from the boat. Funny side note- this tour wasn't a part of the plan for the day- We had our hearts set on going to a Farmer's Market that morning and were SO disappointed to arrive and find it doesn't exist anymore. We quickly shifted gears in an effort to save the day, and landed on the dolphin cruise. When we got off the boat, my cheeks hurt from smiling for 2 days. It was the best thing we could have done, and no one was mad about the market anymore. Next year we are going to go again, and we can't wait. “The absolute BEST - a must if you are traveling to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, or Sarasota! Captain Billy is the best host, knows all of the secret spots to see dolphins, catch fish, snorkel on sandbars, and more! He even cleaned our fish for us so we could enjoy it at our rental that evening!! We have now sailed with him twice and it's been a highlight for our family both times. Can't wait to visit and book BigWili again!”

“My daughter bought us a 4 hour tour around AMI and we had a blast! Roger, our boat captain, gave us a lot of history, stories and background of homes in the area. Super friendly guy with a ton of information and entertainment. We also got a lot of recommendations on the great places to eat, fish or just kick back and relax. Highly recommend them if you want an afternoon of sun and relaxation. Granddaughter lost her hat but didn’t tell anyone for a few minutes but Roger took us back to get it. Didn’t get quite close enough to snag it so Daniel jumped in and swam to it not realizing how cold the water was. Breath taking I think he said! Lol! Fun day!”

“Absolutely amazing experience today on the 1pm tour! Skipper Justin was incredibly polite and courteous and couldn’t do any more to try and position the boat so all parties could see. First mate Christina was so full of energy, facts and knowledge that my little girl was completely awestruck and now wants to follow in your footsteps! But the real star of the show were the dolphins! A full nursing pod, didn’t disappoint! The price of the tour was probably the best value for money we have had on this trip to Florida! “We recently visited Anna Maria Island and stayed at a Portfolio Vacations property. (Island Break) The property we rented was great! Jen, the Property Manager, was THE ABSOLUTE BEST for helping with our stay! I can’t say enough great things about her! She went above and beyond to help with an item we left behind on our trip. “I want to say a big Thank You to Mark from beginning to end throughout the booking process of this property. It was smooth sailing from the day I requested to book to the day we arrived. Excellent communication from Mark with detailed information on how to check in, check out, and full of other important information. I asked a lot of questions, and Mark always answered them promptly. My wife and I stayed from 4/27 to 5/3. We just arrived back home 4 hours ago, and now I am writing this review because its all worth it. We were able to meet Mark's wife and son. Wonderful family. They were nearby in their own unit, and never intrusive. The unit has a courtyard which is shared by other unit renters. THE COURTYARD IS BEAUTIFUL. Mark did a really nice job with all the decors. We felt like we were in a nature private getaway due to the way the palm trees etc were set up in the courtyard. Very green and nature like. There were two grills, tables, chairs. grilling utensils etc. Just enough for everyone to enjoy themselves. My wife and I was able to grill out two meals while we were there. Even though the courtyard are shared with other units, every time we were in the courtyard to grill, or hangout, it was just us. Very private feel. The kitchen is beautiful with nice appliances, quality granite counters, and great looking cabinets. All the cooking utensils are there with spices, virgin oil, pots, pans, and so on. My wife was able to cook us dinner for two of the nights there. The bed was very comfortable!! There are tvs in every room. The main living room has a 50" tv. Wifi works fast! I was mainly using wifi whenever I am in the unit. It has great range too because when I was in the courtyard, I was able to pick up the signal from there. Other items like beach towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo etc were provided. Also, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cart were provided as well for beach activities. The beach is right across the street from the unit. Basically the property is near the beach, local restaurants, and shops. Great location!! My wife and I love traveling, and honestly this property is one of the best we stayed at. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient. I am very grateful to have find this rental, and can't thank Mark enough throughout the entire process. Thank you for opening up your doors for us. We greatly appreciated it! We will be back for sure! 5 Stars indeed!”

“My friends and I booked a sunset cruise with Captain Sky and it was such a fun experience! Her boat was clean and comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about the area. Prior to the cruise she was great with communicating when and where would be meeting....a very easy process. The whole ride was 2 hours long and we got to see such a beautiful sunset as well. We would definitely go on another one when in the area again!”

“Terry’s rental options are all star. There’s plenty of room , our unit was freshly refurbished, had a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach items from a wagon to chairs. We were in need of one item that was not working properly and the owner replaced it before we even got back from our morning outing which is outstanding! Communication from rental firm to renter are top notch & keyless access a total bonus and not common so this is a big deal! We loved that we had 2 parking spaces and very easy access to the beach. The beach was white sand, plush and really warm water especially during January. This rental was close to wicked cantina and Cortez bridge making it fast and easy to find food and get across the island with minimal traffic since the bridge is so close!! The only thing we would have liked in addition to our amenities was a safe but that is hardly a deal breaker, just a thought. We are coming back and staying with this brand again because we were able to peruse many locations and by far this offers many advantages from parking to great beach location shared with a nearby resort.”

“Maureen is a most accommodating hostess and her place is magical. We didn't have any expectations upon our arrival but we were so pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable but not overdone. The view out every window is breathtaking. My 18 yr olds spent every waking second there fishing and laughing. What more could a parent ask for? We went charter fishing and the captain was able to pick us up at the dock. We felt like royalty. (Maureen hooked us up here too!) No accommodation has been overlooked. Extra towels, beach chairs, umbrella for the beach and back porch, beach towels, condiments of every variety, plenty of paper towels and garbage bags etc. Yes these are small touches, but they make life so much easier and made our vacation easy! The neighbors were delightful and you are steps away from anything and everything! Basically, a breathing suit, and let Maureen take care of the rest! Also, the place is pet friendly and economically desirable. Thanks or such enchanting memories! We will always remember it, and hope to return soon.”
