“Easy breezy check in all key coded so have to make sure you have codes. Our coded didn't work had to call office. Ty was great we ended up having different code apologized for problem. Our room was cute 2 double beds bathroom shower, small kitchen area only thing I missed we had brought couple frozen thing to grill but only fridge NO freezer in it. Leaving our room the pool was straight ahead, take a little corner and you were at ocean. I enjoyed making coffee early am took outside to sit on patio watch fisherman wander on pier early am fishing, BTW have restaurant at the end with pretty good breakfast and evening meals. One big problem we had was to evacuate because of Ian hurricane so our Vaca was cut short. But couple days we had was relaxing and enjoyable”

“Private little property so close to water! I stayed here last year and loved how it felt so much like home. Favorite part was the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and I mean everything. Before my girlfriend and I checked in we stayed the first four nights at the resort right next to a rod and reel pier which was $500 a night and they had nothing not even a working stove And the owner was constantly on the premises and cameras everywhere. Once we found this little gem we were just so happy we stayed five nights and yes the owners are very pleasant and are never in your way. The price is right and you’re literally steps from the beach 🏖 I am looking forward to coming back again this May hopefully💕 Demi Mackey”

“We got married on Anna Maria Island and we stayed here along with the rest of my family and friends. I could not of asked for a better place to have everyone stay. Lori was absolutely awesome to work with. The place has everything you need and more. Having beach access right out your door just a few steps away was awesome and to come back to a clean pool and hot tub. It is also very quiet clean and relaxing. I would for sure recommend this place to stay. We will be back for sure. Thank you again Lori for all you did😊”

“Pretty nice place. Little changes could make a good experience, great. They don't allow smoking in rooms, but smoking on the balconys makes sitting outside and enjoying yourself impossible for a non smoker/someone with breathing issues. Multiple times we were sitting outside relaxing and people would start smoking and force us inside. The front of the building has no windows so would be ideal for a smoking area. The cleanliness could be slightly better. It wasn't gross by any means, but things are dusty and the ac vents hadn't been cleaned. I don't want to sit or breathe in someone else's filth so we had to clean/dust basic things and cleaned the ac filters ourselves(caked on) . The bath tub didn't drain well so cleaning the ac filters left gunk all over the tub. We ended up calling management for the slow drain. They were very propmt and showed up to fix it within 10 mins. Our unit has signs to not leave things on the beach and to not leave lights on for the turtles. Multiple other renters left tents on the beach and had very bright lights on all night, both horrible for the turtles. Management should be working to enforce this better. Twice we couldn't park because non guests were parked in our lot. They have signs saying they will tow if you don't have parking pass but we never saw that enforced. Lastly the outside trash cans/dumpster haven't been emptied in weeks it seems, so they are overflowing all over the ground. Really takes away from the feeling of the area. The view and walk to the beach is amazing though.”

“Outstanding stay in the Mahi Mahi! The location was perfect to Bean Point and the entire island. The option of the golf cart and recreational equipment made this short trip even more enjoyable. The pool was sensational and the grounds of the property were very well kept. We loved our room! Everything was beyond expectation!”
