“Went in to upgrade my phone. Overall the employees were fine other than charging me for a case, screen protector and protection plan WITHOUT ASKING! She rang up a $50 case, didn’t say a word so I assumed it was some kind of deal when you bought the phone but as soon as we got to the car and checked our receipt there were two charges we were not made aware of. 1 being the case and 2 being the protection plan. I didn’t want to make a scene so we will manage the extra charges but be aware next time you go upgrade!”

“Highly recommended! We tried a different company first, but we were dissatisfied with their service. They charged us for cleanings and chemical checks, but the pool was never cleaned. So my husband decided he could handle pool maintenance himself. Even worse idea. The pool wasn't clean and algae started growing. We contacted Pinch a Penny. They came out quickly and gave us a very fair estimate. We started service that week. Our technician, Tad, is so thorough. Our pool now looks brand new. It's so clean and the water is sparkling clear. I also love that they send an email after each cleaning, informing us of the services performed and providing us with a picture of the pool.”

They also have cheeses and food items. The selection of flavored vodkas was quite impressive. The gift baskets are made to order and rightly shrink-wrapped right there. “Just getting back into the hobby after a ten gear hiatus. This is the closest hobby shop to me at just over 30 mins away. The staff are knowledgeable, clean store and a ton of products to choose from. For all the people complaining about eBay being cheaper, you obviously know absolutely nothing about business and things like overhead. For you to give one star because a hobby shop tries to make a few $ is absurd. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get into RC!!!”
