“It's not 24 hours. They close by 11pm. The woman that was working was very nice, friendly and accommodating. When we got here it was 9:00 p.m. and I had quite a bit of laundry she let me know that they close at 11:00 and the doors will be locked we can still exit we just can't let anybody in. She did not rush us she did not tell us that we couldn't do our laundry because they close at 11:00. We were able to do our laundry dry and fold. The place is clean not a lot of Riff Raff hanging around enough parking in the front and on the side. They also use a system called PayRate. Which you connect your debit to the PayRate site and use your phone to pay for your wash and dry. It is so convenient. Instead of having to use a handful if quarters. And whatever you don't use Payrite refunds back to your debit. I loved it and I will definitely be returning.”

“Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par. I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.”

“My friend and I decided that out of the 6 laundromats around where are staying that this is, by far, a hidden gem. The place is clean. The employee was cleaning what looked to be already clean! There’s plenty of room to move around. There’s plenty of machines to choose from. I think it’s a little more expensive but definitely worth it. I was going to take photos but the current photos do it all justice. It’s that clean and nice! One last note! The machines takes quarters, dollar coins, and PayRange (option to pay via your phone).”
