“The nicest people on the planet! Amy and her dad helped me out tremendously. My daughters Betta has been sick (second one now) and I’ve done everything in my power to help them. I was at my wits end. I ended up here thinking it was a fish store, but they decided to help me anyway! They, ever so kindly, packed up some water for me, handed me some medicine, and had given me specific instructions on what to do for the next couple days to help the fish. They even said if the fish doesn’t live, to come back and they will give my daughter a fish. I just got home a couple hours ago and did everything they said to do, now it’s just a waiting game. “We highly recommend the Cat Thyroid Center. Our 12 year old kitty, Charlotte, had the I-131 treatment. Dr Heaton and Heather were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. And their facility had such a cozy home feeling in the area that Charlotte and other kitties reside for their short stay. Because it was caught and treated early, she was able to come home with us the next day. 30 days after the treatment, her thyroid numbers were normal. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the results. Thank you Heather, Dr. Heaton, and the Cat Thyroid Center! “I'm from Illinois and we don't have Win Dixie stores. I loved all of the fresh floral displays, and I found Superman ice cream as I call it! I wish I could put a few tubs of Superman cream in my luggage, but I think it would melt on the plane and TSA would take it away. Lol! The store was very clean. I think you should be please and thank you at the register. That needs to be worked on. Seems like it was all young kids and their manners weren't the best. I've worked in retail before, and always said the total due with a please, and a thank you at the end of the transaction . That's the only flaw I experienced in your store.”
