I was told that it might take up to 7 days and will not likely be ready in time. I also “thought” I wanted to upgrade to a beveled edge at a cost of about $100 more. Not only did they NOT try to sell me an upgrade that I thought I wanted, they also had the glass ready in 4 days. The finished product was absolutely beautiful, my upgrade was definitely not necessary and probably a better fit without AND it was done before my party. Absolute perfect fit. “After only 2 mos, my husband's hearing aids went missing. They are NOWHERE to be found. UP and walked away. I called to cx an appt with Dr. Sims for a f/u visit because, no hearing aids. Their office offers a one time replacement at a HUGE reduction for just this type of situation. I accepted, but wanted to wait till after the holidays for financial reasons. They offered us a 'loaner' pair at no charge so my husband would not miss out on any of the fun and shenanigans that come with big family celebrations.
