Dr Powers is knowledgeable and is always researching for better ways to help preserve our vision. He is also super nice and makes you feel at ease. The staff are so kind and welcoming! “the 1st picture is before wash, and the rest pictures are after wash. I have been this shop twice. 1st time in summer of 2019, the second time was last week 12/5/2020. I chose the $95 complete interior and exterior wash on 12/5/2020. Overall the service was pretty good but i would not say it's great though as there are still many details inside the car were not taken care of (see the pictures). If you are looking for a place to get your car cleaned once a while and you do not want to do it yourself and you are ok to spend about $100, this would be the right place for you. However, if you are looking for a place to make your car become as clean and nice as new, i honestly do not think they are at that level yet. After i paid by credit card, the owner/manager told me that the receipt will be texted to me momentarily, however, i never received that. Although i actually do not need to the receipt to do any reimbursement or what not. But this somehow shows the detail level that the owner/worker is on.”

“I never in my life imagined that needing a reliable locksmith could be such an emotional ordeal…but boy, have I learned a lot. My 8-year-old son and I were in Jacksonville to finish clearing out a home I’d recently sold. We spent the day and well into the wee hours of the morning moving stuff into the neighboring storage unit. And as luck would have it, sometime before the very last trip, the keys disappeared. Since the sale was closing that day, I’d left all my house keys on the kitchen counter during our final departure and could not return the stuff to the house. So I had no choice but to wait to get into the storage unit. We do not live in Jacksonville, so neither could I return home until this was resolved. I called every single locksmith in Jacksonville that said 24/7 emergency services…and I’m here to tell you, THAT is an outright lie. They may take your phone call in the middle of the night, but they have absolutely no intention of sending a technician to resolve your problem. No matter if you’re stranded in a dark parking lot with a young child. Half of the businesses didn’t even answer the phone. One gem of a tech told me that he was on the way….and then never showed. The rest of the companies I called said they could send someone in 5 or 6 hours. (Next time I PLAN to have an emergency, I’ll be sure to contact them.) I can’t say that Jax Locksmith Pro would’ve responded in the middle of the night, in spite of their website saying 24/7 service, because I didn’t call. They didn’t show up when I searched for 24-hour locksmith for some reason…only when the morning rolled around and I started searching for “locksmiths near me”. So I can only rate them on the experience I did have. I called just around 8am and the girl on the phone was so incredibly kind. The tech called within minutes. And what’s more, he called me 30 minutes later to re-assure me he was on the way. That was huge. Once he arrived, he very clearly knew what he was doing and I was in my unit in minutes. This night takes the cake for THE most stressful night of my life. I cried at the stupidity of the situation, at being constantly misled by sham companies, and at the overall feeling of helplessness. I am very grateful that Jax Locksmith Pro was able to save the day by dispatching someone immediately and by staying in regular contact.”
