“the 1st picture is before wash, and the rest pictures are after wash. I have been this shop twice. 1st time in summer of 2019, the second time was last week 12/5/2020. I chose the $95 complete interior and exterior wash on 12/5/2020. Overall the service was pretty good but i would not say it's great though as there are still many details inside the car were not taken care of (see the pictures). If you are looking for a place to get your car cleaned once a while and you do not want to do it yourself and you are ok to spend about $100, this would be the right place for you. However, if you are looking for a place to make your car become as clean and nice as new, i honestly do not think they are at that level yet. After i paid by credit card, the owner/manager told me that the receipt will be texted to me momentarily, however, i never received that. Although i actually do not need to the receipt to do any reimbursement or what not. But this somehow shows the detail level that the owner/worker is on.”

“As a mom of a 5 and 2 year old, this place is the best for keeping my mom-mobile (aka minivan) clean. I like the cheapest monthly membership. We go to the towncenter often, and I love being able to stop by for a quick wash and vacuum anytime. The system reads your license plate and let’s you in quickly. Vacuums are powerful (accidentally sucked up a kid’s glove) and they do the trick for getting snack crumbs cleaned up. I have large plastic mats throughout my van that I can clean thoroughly at the mat station, complete with water, scrub brush, soap, and air. I like the smell of the air freshener and that they have cloth towels to dry the outside and wipe down the inside of the car. The bathroom is right there with convenient outside entrance. I always try to park near the bathroom because kids will always have to pee when it’s the least convenient time. And at the very least, the car wash is a fun place to go to get out of the house for a change.”

“The customer service was in point. The prices were fantastic. Right off the highway so convenient. Unfortunately the facility is in need of an update badly. But for the cost my vehicle was cleaned exceptionally well. I'm going back. I love good customer service!”
