“I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on the class act of Noll the driver!! Cadillac roadside assistance dispatched Class M&M towing and recovery and I’m very pleased that they did. Noll the driver was patient and willing to do anything to help assist to get the car out of the garage without any damage to my garage or car. He took his time and we were able to get it jumpstarted from a faulty battery and loaded on to his truck without any incident. He was nothing but courteous and professional and I extremely appreciate that level of service! Five stars and Noll needs a raise for his kindness and patience.”

“This is a plaza located north of Marine Parkway. Though built in 1977 or so, it has been well maintained. Grandma Sally's Restaurant is one of the businesses here. There is TJ's, Community Florist, a hair salon, a barbershop and a pharmacy. Only 4 stars because the parking lot needs to be redone.”

“When ever I take a Disney cruise I call Cocoa Transportation because they are always available whether my plane lands early or late. I usually travel with a party of 5 and their vans are very nice inside and they get me to the Port on time.. I am a thrifty shopper always comparing prices, their fare is the best. The cab driver I met is named Stanley he was very helpful with our luggage and we enjoyed a comfortable ride to the port from Orlando International it took us 40 min and we were on time. No complaints here!!! I would definitely call them again!!”

I feel much better about finding solution and applaud East coast for taking the time to make things right. It is truly rare to find a company willing to make things right, very much so a year so after the fact. Great customer service and attention. Thank you East coast. ~ Past review, for context: East coast was friendly enough and made fast work of drilling a new well for my irrigation system. However, they did not inform me that the well point was moving to the center of my front lawn. With updated code the well point must remain 12 inches above grade, which has left me with a terrible eyesore in my front lawn. They showed no empathy for my plight and continued to suggest using a fake rock to cover the well point (still a eye sore). I would have gladly paid more for a better placement if I had been made aware. I feel like they did the apposulte least to ensure payment. Skilled crew but very poor care for the customer. Overall, would not recommend.”

“Wow, oh wow. Pablo has delivered. It was above and beyond my expectation. I was a bit nervous about the whole process as I haven't bought car in years...and he was on time and very friendly when we met him on Saturday to test drive, which was a great first impression. Then he made sure to bring quality customer care - consistent communication throughout the process, answered my questions quickly, came to my home for me to fill out all the paperwork, drove to Merritt Island to get my title and tag and registration all taken care of and then delivered the vehicle! By MONDAY! This happened so fast and I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely will do business with Martinez Motors again! Thank you Pablo and Gary (his mechanic)!”
