Wow, oh wow. Pablo has delivered. It was above and beyond my expectation. I was a bit nervous about the whole process as I haven't bought car in years...and he was on time and very friendly when we met him on Saturday to test drive, which was a great first impression. Then he made sure to bring quality customer care - consistent communication throughout the process, answered my questions quickly, came to my home for me to fill out all the paperwork, drove to Merritt Island to get my title and tag and registration all taken care of and then delivered the vehicle! By MONDAY! This happened so fast and I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely will do business with Martinez Motors again! Thank you Pablo and Gary (his mechanic)!
