It's a paint store, I'm not sure what people are expecting. Paint selection is good, they know me by name even though I've only been in a handful of time, and paint is ready quickly. Not sure what else anyone would want.

The customer service here is excellent. Being greeted and offered help really goes a long way. They also did a great job color-matching a custom paint color to my tile.

David, Carlos and Jack were great! They always help me and every time I go in Sherwin Williams in Vienna. They know me my name by name l. great experience!

Friendly helpful staff. Carlos was great. Greeted me when I came in, offered to make my paint color that was a Behr color. Friendly chat while I waited for paint to be made. Go to THIS paint store in Vienna instead of the other not customer friendly one. 👍

All of the employees are very helpful and nice. Julie is my favorite. Pretty low traffic store so you don’t spend too much time in the store. Store Set up is easy to pick a color and not take forever.
