“They really treated me right. I had a chainsaw that the chain would not spin. I'm a bit of a do-it-yourself-er so I had tried everything I could think of. I brought it to T&T. Instead of taking down my information and saying I'll call you later, Bill went right to work looking over my chain saw. In about 2 minutes he knew what my problem was. I had purchased the wrong chain and bar for my saw from the big box retailer. He traded bars with me, no charge, sold me the correct chain, installed it, no labor charge and I was in and out of the store 10 minutes tops with a working chainsaw. Don't come here expecting anything fancy, but if you want good, honest and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price, this is your place. They exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys”
