Dough is akin to a rich challah, spot-on slightly dense and chewy, slightly sweet + hint of yeast. Poppy seed are as good/better than you'll find in Czechia. Savory options are true to Texas. “Our family recently stayed at the Koenig Lodge for a weekend. It is a beautiful location surrounded by trees and the Big Thompson River. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy even though it is large and sleeps about 24. There were I believe 3 gas fireplaces and beautiful furniture. There is a large kitchen with everything anyone would need, a large comfortable living room, and a fun recreation room downstairs. It was one of the most wonderful weekends we have had, and could be with our whole family.”

“We stopped in at the pizza place on our way through Colorado. The atmosphere great, the server, even being her second day alone was great too. The only issue I had was the pizza. I order the mushroom pizza with the mix of wild mushrooms and smoked pichoto (sp). The meat was great the only problem was there wasn't a lot of mushrooms. I love the pizzas with enough mushrooms you can taste each of their flavors on top of everything else. They def went really light on the mushrooms which was a disappointment. Only reason I gave it a 4. Could be better.”

“If you are in the area, this is a must stop. This might be some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. We ordered the Detroit style pizza. It was amazing. The right amount of cheese and sauce in every bite. We also had the salad and garlic cheese bread which were also delicious. Despite the fact that you don’t have a primary waiter for your table (everyone just helps out), the service was very friendly and we were very well taken care off. I can’t wait to go back to this place!!!”

“I was on a solo trip and stayed 2 nights at the Trailborn for my Rocky Mountain National Park Hike. The place seems recently renovated and felt gen z in a good way. There were details in the room that were greatly appreciated for my hike. There was a trail guide book in the room that led to me changing my mind on which hike I went on. The people behind the desk were super kind and friendly, one even let me use the staff microwave for my dinner. The room was clean and I enjoyed the apothecary quality toiletries in the bathroom.”

“4/15/23- The event I was attending used the board room in the town hall as a panel room. It would have been nice if they would have removed things not needed in the room like the tables and the podium since they impacted peoples views of the speakers who were on the elevated part. Still it was nice and the technology worked so that the speakers could be heard.”

“My sister is in memory care at the Capstone at Centerra. Her family and friends, who see her often, all told me, "If I ever needed this kind of care, THIS is the place I would want to be." Even so, I live far away and was worried about her wellbeing. When I was able to come and visit, I was relieved and deeply moved by the loving, kind, and positive nature of every single staff member I met. Catherine Lanza, the Generations Program Director, and all of her team. are providing compassionate, joyful, and competent care that is helping my sister and all of the other residents to be as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. Despite the challenges of the very vulnerable people in their care, the staff members manage problems promptly with understanding and love. Everything is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. As busy as they are, I deeply appreciate that Catherine and Haley, the Activities Director, are going the extra mile by making it possible for me to have video visits with my sister, so it will be easier for me to stay connected with her long distance. If you or a loved one need assisted living or memory care, my highest recommendation is that you visit the Capstone at Centerra.”

“Chris was great! I was looking for a laser projector and a large screen, and he provided exactly the equipment I needed at a reasonable price. He even included some useful extra items I hadn't thought of at no charge. The equipment was clean and well-maintained and worked great. “Car Trouble on Vacation go to Casey's!!! They were amazing. I had two (yes two) doors that would not latch and close properly within 24 hours on my vacation. Another shop in town I called couldn't help me but told me Casey's was the place to call. Had me come right over so he could at least give it a look. In less than 1 minute had one door fixed so it at least would close and confirmed the other one needed a new part as I thought. And they were incredibly kind and have a beautiful dog too!
