I came to Vinnie with a pretty difficult job on my 4Runner... there was a massive dent in the rear hatch, and I went to many other places that gave me estimated over $3,000. When I came to Vinnie, I could tell of the bat, that he genuinely felt my pain in seeing my truck in the condition it was. They came to my home to fix, and initially they deemed it a job that was out of the scope of their shop. This came at no cost to me, and he was genuinely sorry that he couldn’t help me at that time. about a month later, Vinnie texted me, asking how i was doing, and said that he had a new guy working for him that could maybe fix it (at this point I had given up, because I am a student, and wasn’t trying to spend over 3k to fix it), so I felt very valued and remembered as a customer. They then came, got me car, and got the job done as promised, and went out of his way to refer me to a paint specialist he trusted to finish the job, and make it look back to 100%.
