The owners truly care about each and every member and invest time getting to know them. The coaches are extremely supportive and motivating whether you have been doing CrossFit for years or have never worked out before. They will take the time to insure that you are comfortable and confident in all of the movements before ever throwing you into the fire and if you are struggling with certain movements they are very helpful with coming up with ways to build that foundation! “Nice sized gym, but pretty busy and often times a challenge to find machines. The biggest issue is people are stealing the pins for the machines with pin weights. They were to have the pins replaced as I was told by a staff member, but instead they are checking out pins instead. Bring your own pins and buffer time for the crowds and your be good to go”
