“I called on a Sunday evening after discovering my refrigerator had stopped working. They called me first thing Monday morning and had a service technician to my home by 9:30am. Chris was extremely courteous, kind and addressed every question I had with patience and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident he had addressed all of my issues.
