“I heard “ not what I expected “. I can tell you it’s not a start of the art mass producing cheese factory. It’s a country farm very rustic and down to earth. Conversation hard to come by due to the language barrier. They are accommodating and have no problem showing my family around. But the cheese speaks for itself. Hands down the best cheese I’ve had. I drive over a hour just to get there. Go there and enjoy the experience for yourself. Don’t forget to bring your sourdough and salami.”
