I'm impressed by the amazing work done by the Window Design Studio. The windows in my house are not rectangular and the window frames are not perfectly aligning with the horizontal lines due to the age of the house. They managed to measure the dimensions accurately and provided a great solution. Loving my new customized shutters!

Also while installing the originally ordered shutters, they noticed that I have some extra handyman work needed outside of the original request, they kindly offered to help me finish those extra installations and saved me so much time. Really appreciate their help and quality of service and I would not hesitate to use their service again for future needs.

I needed some blinds but felt overwhelmed by the big box store options and lack of customer service. A friend recommended Michelle who came out to my home and talked to me about budget, color, longevity, ease of use, temperature control, cleaning, and options I hadn’t even considered. I found the perfect solution for aesthetics and warmth all within my budget.

Once my order was placed Michelle kept me updated on timing and scheduled my installation as soon as the blinds arrived. She and Paul were in and out within 20 minutes leaving me with some tips for cleaning and maintenance as well as a reminder to call if I had any problems.
